NEW TECHNOLOGY LAW, RENEWABLE ENERGY, PRIVACY AND REAL ESTATE.

The Firm has experience in the renewable energy sector, assisting production, management and maintenance companies of wind and photovoltaic plants.  Moreover, the Firm has expertise in the field of privacy management, especially in light of the new European Privacy Regulation (GDPR), assisting customers in drawing up the Risk Assessment Plan (DPIA) through preliminary audits and subsequently, upon request, through the provision of continuous assistance in data protection.

 

Then, through the real estate department, the Firm assists companies, even in a foreign language, in the identification, purchase, sale and development of real estate portfolios as well as rent and real estate sale transactions.

CIVIL, COMMERCIAL, CORPORATE AND BANKRUPTCY LAW

The firm permanently takes care of developing and updating, both for the most organized companies and for the structurally less branched ones, organizational models, company management and control in accordance with art. 6, Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Likewise the Firm manages practices in the field of certification and responsibility of agricultural producers, food security, meal safety, WTO, Codex Alimentarius, DOP, IGP, IGT, unfair competition and food labeling.
